This course aims to equip you with the fundamental skills and abilities needed to manage knowledge. Knowledge Management is the method by which the organisation makes creative, effective and efficient use of all of the knowledge available to the organisation at all levels, both external and internal. Knowledge is one of the most important resources that an organisation can draw upon. To sustain a competitive advantage in the market place it is imperative that the organisation is able to fully understand, collect and utilise the knowledge that it possesses.
