Course Overview

Every company, whatever the size, will have pressure to undergo change at some time during its lifespan. This change can be as a result of external and internal drivers. More often than not change is brought about by the need to remain competitive through improving performance and results. This course aims to equip you with a range of skills and abilities to plan, lead and implement change.

Who is this course aimed at?

This qualification is ideal if you work in a team, are a team leader, HR manager, aspiring manager, coach or any key personnel responsible for the performance of others.

Duration : Your course deadlines are set so you can complete the course in five months. You will need to complete up to 5 assessment activities per module, including questions and evidence of planned activities.

Qualification: NCFE IIQ Certificate in Change Management.
